Hybora Vikingcraft

A Geopolitical Modded Minecraft Server that is based around a "forever-winter," and includes a multitude of features and additions that create an immersive and organic experience. Hybora is not for the weak, survival is harsh and unforgiving; food, heat, and companionship is the key to survival. This modpack is made for the Hybora Minecraft Server, but can also be played by itself for a true desolate survival Minecraft experience.

Food ‣

There are a multitude of ways to acquire food in Hybora, but none of them will be easy. Hunting would be the simplest by far, unless you come face first to one of the megafauna added in the modpack. Primeval beasts such as Ground Sloths, Mammoths, and Sabertooth Cats roam all around Hybora, seeking to feed their hunger.

Heat ‣

The forever-winter has drained the world of heat, all that's left is survival in the wake of it all. Hybora has a dynamic heat system, made to challenge the wits of it's players. Heat can be easily obtained, but the sustainability of it brings uncertainty of all.

Companionship ‣

The claiming system in Hybora allows players to form nations and progress through various research to upgrade their nation, build a vast quantity of buildings that add to their nation's progress and gives benefits, and build influence through religion or power to win over the lands of Hybora.

Roleplay ‣

The Hybora Server itself is based entirely on forming some of the best grounded roleplay any Minecraft Server has to offer. The world itself forces conflict, tribes can compete for the three keys of survival in Hybora, and the strongest will prevail. The server also includes four different "staff-ran" factions that tie together an overarching story of Hybora that the players will shape themself.
