Ever wondered when anvils were added? Now you know!

This mod shows what version when items were added into the game in the tooltip. Useful if you want to learn about the history of the game while just playing.

Current featues:

• Shows version numbers in tooltips
• Jade support to show blocks and entities
• All vanilla items, blocks and entities supported
• Special cases for enchanted books and potions covered
• Works fully client side
• Extensible with resource packs or addons (consider contributing)

Future plans:

• Option to show update names
• Modded support, especially various backports and Create
• Backport the mod to 1.20.1 Forge (uncertain)
• Porting to Fabric is NOT planned
