This modpack adds a bunch of feature to make the Vanilla game experience way more optimized and interesting. Can be used on Vanilla Minecraft servers! (Just on client and not on the server)

There is what each mod does for the modpack:

Iris shaders (for the one who wants the game to look like real life ;) ) where you can add shadows, waving water, reflexion, and a lot more that shaders offers!
Ambient Sound 5 (again, real life fans) that add (like in his name) ambient noises, like bird singing in the forest or the noisy crickets in the night
Boosted brightness, when you are in a cave with no light, it acts like night vision
Clumbs, combines the xp in bigger orbs to make less lags in big xp farms *Doesn't work in multiplayer servers if not installed on them*
Better Third Person, allows to rotate freely 360 degrees in third person
Effective, adds splashs and waterfall smoke to make the game look like the game's trailers
Enhanced Block Entities, increase performance of the block entity rendering and its customizability via ressource packs
Fastload, reduces the world loading time
FerriteCore, adds lots of features but the main one is making the game use less memory (RAM)
ForgetMeChunk, reduces lags when entering a new chunk
MemoryLeakFix, there for the ForgetMeChunk mod (sometimes gives memory leaks so this mod is here to fix them)
FPS Reducer, justs reduce fps when you aren't playing the game or Minecraft is running in the background
Dynamic Fps, do almost the same thing as FPS Reducer, but also improve performance when Minecraft is running in the background
Indium, for connected textures (with texture packs and implemented in the game like Optifine)
LambdaBetterGrass, makes connected grass texture a thing (with the use of the Indium mod)
Inventory HUD+, gives the tools and armors infos on the screen and it's customizable!
Item Model Fix, fixes the small gaps that some tool have when holding them (for the one who likes perfertion like me! :) )
ItemPhysic Lite, gives physic to all dropped items!
Kryton, gives small changes to reduce CPU usage (if on a server or solo world)
LazyDFU, makes some optimizations when there's unnecessary initialization work, so that it is only performed if it's required
Litematica, you can import holograms of builds you made and put them on servers! (only visible for you (client))
Lithium, improves in average 45% the server tick times (or in solo worlds), so a faster game
Mod Menu, to customize most of the mods
No Chat Reports, adds chat encryption if you're on a 1.19.2 server and blocks most of the chat reporting feature (if is able to). Some servers can have no chat reporting, and if you're playing 1.19.2, you won't be able to connect to those servers, so that's why this mod is mostly there for.
Better Mount HUD, is a small mod that display both your food and the health of you mount at the same time, and the experience bar will only get replaced with the jump bar while jumping
Not Enough Animations, gives small animations visible when in third person, and on the other players on servers
Starlight, rewrites the lighting system to make it better, make it faster too
Smooth Boot, optimize the game depending how buff is your pc
Sodium, is a really useful mod that give lots of fps with lots of optimizations
Spark, gives small performances for mostly only the light engine
WorldEdit, upgrade time 1000 the /fill command (don't work if isn't on the server, but work on solo worlds)
Zoomify, adds a zoom like Optifine!
Connectivity, configurations ...
Debugify, fixes Minecraft bugs
Eating Animation, adds eating animations for all the foods
Animatica, adds animation (block, items...) by the use of a ressource pack
