Added stamina interactions for everyting in the book that matters (Even crafting and using enderpearls there's loads more interactions)

Fruit and stews and soups now give you stamina along with a new Energy drink.

Nomore "energy", (Intergrated some "energy" factors directly into the stamina bar) And it also operates differently. If you don't sleep at night you lose some overall stamina and overall stamina now only decreases if you allow it to reach 0 (Aside from the not sleeping). you can only get your overall stamina back the same way it was before (but this time with less limits.) Sleeping or drinking Energy Drinks. Energy Drinks can be crafted (New recipe and model) And can now be found in loot chests (20% chance).

Updated GUI (You can configure it through the block) This gui will change for all players on a server.

Nomore commands or staring at that paper in your pc (Config) there's now a config block and all commands have been removed. Everything is now handled through the blocks gui. There's a new config that generates with the things that you've setup and is only used to move your settings to another world without the need to re-set your settings.

Shield damage cost/Durability does nothing. It was a feature I was testing that I phased out in favor of the new shield mechanic of it stopping stamina regeneration (Much better If you ask me you're already slowed on using it) I'll get rid of that part of the gui later V2 was a rushed release because of server/world restart issues.

Added compat with farmers delight, tough as nails, RightClickHarvest and Harvest with ease
