Dyenamics and Friends

Adds compatibility between the new colors from Dyenamics and a bunch of other mods.

No color mixin and 0 hard dependencies. Blocks are dynamically registered based on what compatible mods you have installed and if you remove this mod or a compat mod, the blocks just go away like any normal uninstall.
