Tensura Compact: FTB Chunks

This mod has been discontinued as the Tensura team has made thier own mod.

Normally, Tensura: Reincarnated Skills bypass FTB Chunks protection, so I made this mod that prevents the bypass. Also, I added an FTB Chunks config to disable skills from destroying your own claim. Also adds an option to prevent teammates from damaging each other and teammate's tamed mobs. All new options that use private, allies, and public are only for players.
