[TSB]Tetra Spell Book

This module modularizes Iron's Spell Book, allowing it to be modified using Tetra.
The spell book is divided into four parts: cover, back cover, pages, and spine, each controlling aspects such as spell power, mana, chant reduction, and cooldown reduction.
