Hi, I don't remember how I got here, but I think we'll have a good time together!!!! This is the full (unsafe) version of the mod. It contains real meta-interactions with your PC.

What does the mod actually do?

A companion CoolPlayer303!

She follows you around the world and fights mobs
She picks up items from the ground (after a delay, and won't steal from near you)
She gathers resources: give her an axe and she'll chop trees, give her a pickaxe and she'll mine ores
She has her own 24-slot inventory (right-click her to open it)
You can equip her with armor and weapons through her inventory
You can give her food to heal her and raise trust
You can give her flowers — each unique flower gives a big trust boost
You can set her to Stay / Follow mode
You can ask her 50 different questions from a side panel in her GUI — her answers change depending on how she feels about you

The Story

The mod has a full 4-act storyline that unfolds as you play:

Ending Name How A Freedom Collect all 4 memory shards, craft the Star of Memories, and enter the Door of Memory. B Acceptance Enter the correct password in the password dimension. C ▉▉▉▉? Enter the dimension without the Star. D Mental Confusion Complete all of Aiko's tasks, but after transferring to the dimension, fail the password 3 times. E Violence Hit the player ▉ times, make them angry, and fail to decipher the code before the 3-day limit. F Betrayal Complete all of Aiko's tasks, but treat her badly (including using bad words) before handing over the items.

Meta-Horror Effects (WARNING!)

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PLAYING! Unlike the "safe" version on CurseForge, this mod goes beyond the game for maximum immersion. One day, after entering your singleplayer world, another player will join you. At first, they seem kind, but only until you decide to attack them. That’s when the real game begins.

THIS IS NOT A VIRUS, everything is done safely to enhance the story, but be ready:

THE MOD CAN CHANGE YOUR DESKTOP WALLPAPER.
THE MOD CAN LOG YOUR IP ADDRESS (You can hide it by using the command /safeip).
THE MOD CAN CREATE FILES ON YOUR PC (They are safe).
THE MOD CAN OPEN APPLICATIONS.
Expect real window shaking, actual console openings, and other actions beyond the Minecraft window.

The mod has a config file (inside_the_system-common.toml), or you can simply use /its config in-game to open the GUI and customize timers, trust gains, and crash parameters.
