Designed for modern intercity travel in the UK, the Mark 5A offers high levels of passenger comfort, accessibility, and safety. With a maximum operating speed of 100 mph (160 km/h), these coaches are used by Caledonian Sleeper for overnight sleeper train services between London and Scotland, in the United Kingdom.
