[MTR] Berlin GI1E

This resourcepack adds the Berlin GI1E model for the mod Minecraft Transit Railway in two variants.

1. GI1E as it is yet in Berlin
2. A fictious modernised version of what it could be, with doors light-bars, colored line number, and small other details.

Each train is divided in 5 parts

1. Front Cab (Forward)
2. Front Trailer (Forward)
3. Rear Trailer (Backwars)
4. Rear Cab (Backwars)
5. Double-Cab (fictious bu fun for small lines)

Today in Berlin, all trains are 4 cars trains linked 1-2-3-4 or 8 cars 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4.
