Description
This is an add-on for the Minecraft Transit Railway mod, which is required.
[Only tested to be compatible with MTR version 4.0.3 as of pack version 0.2.7]
This resource pack adds the iconic tram from Black Mesa, the excellent remake of Half-Life 1 as a MTR mod train, along with a compatible monorail rail type. (See gallery for more information.)
Some design liberties have been taken compared to the one seen in the game, such as the rail shape and size, the addition of articulating bogies, and the lack of the "hanging" version of tracks, as well as non-exace 1:1 scale to make it fit the PSDs and APGs.
Since the trams are only seen operated as single cars in the game, no coupling between the trams has been added. (totally not because I'm lazy)
Included are three variants: "normal", "baby", and "ex. long". they are just ends with one, zero, and three middle segments in between. mostly for funny purposes.
Future potential additions:
(intended to be added, in no particular order, with no guarantee and no date estimate)
- headlights
coupling- motor sounds
- the wheelchair area in the interior
- different door designs
- inclusion of the hanging rails
