Description
I've hated this about seagrass since 1.13 first came out and I've finally gotten around to making a little fix for it!
A very small resource pack that edits the texture of tall seagrass to be 2 pixels shorter. This should keep it from poking up over the surface of vanilla water, as well as shader water with small waves. It looks almost exactly like vanilla seagrass.
Does not require optifine or anything else, it works on its own. Should be compatible with anything 1.13-1.20+. Probably won't need updating unless Minecraft makes any major changes to file names or structure.
