CobbleLvlCap is a comprehensive progression utility for Cobblemon that allows server administrators and modpack creators to enforce level limits on players. By assigning specific "tags" to players (e.g., via a permission plugin or commands), you can control the maximum level of Pokemon they can train, use, or capture. This ensures a balanced progression curve and prevents players from skipping content by using over-leveled Pokemon.

Features

Experience Cap: Pokemon strictly stop gaining experience once they reach the player's assigned level cap.
Battle Enforcement: If a player enters a battle with Pokemon above their cap, those Pokemon are temporarily disabled (fainted) for the duration of the fight to ensure fair play.
Storage Limits: Prevents players from withdrawing Pokemon from the PC into their party if the Pokemon exceeds their current level limit.
Safe Trading: Blocks trade offers if the Pokemon being received is too high-level for the recipient.
Capture Restrictions: Prevents players from catching wild Pokemon that exceed their cap.
Dynamic Capture Cap: An optional setting allows capture limits to be based on the highest-level Pokemon currently in the player's party, rather than a fixed number.

Configuration This mod includes a flexible configuration file (cobblelvlcap.json) that allows you to customize gameplay rules:

Cap Definitions: Map specific command tags (strings) to integer level limits (e.g., assigning "cap_20" to a player sets their limit to 20).
Feature Toggles: You can individually enable or disable the restrictions for XP gain, Trading, Battles, Capturing, and PC-to-Party movement.
Bypass Rules: Configure whether Server Operators and Creative Mode players automatically bypass all restrictions.
Default Values: Set a fallback level cap for players who possess no specific tags.
