Fix Selected Item Text

This mod fixes modded hotbars and in some cases, vanilla hotbars making the selected item text difficult to see. 

This mod fixes that so rows of icons/bars that are 3+, the selected item text will shift upwards automatically to compensate.
Clientside only mod, will do nothing on servers.
