Yet Another Lightning Sword

This simple, lightweight mod adds three items to Minecraft: the Lightning Sword, Lightning Fang, and Lightning Rod.

1. The Lightning Sword has a 26% chance to strike lightning on hit and deals 18 base damage.
2. The Lightning Fang has a 100% chance to strike lightning on hit and deals 21 base damage.
3. The Lightning Rod also has a 100% chance to strike lightning on hit but deals very low base damage.
   
   

All three items can be crafted using vanilla materials.

Important

Lightning Fang and Lightning Rod were added in Minecraft version 1.21.4 and mod version 1.1.
The Lightning Sword is the only item available in earlier versions.
If you want access to all three items, make sure you're using the latest version of the mod.

You’re free to use this mod in your modpack — just give credit.

Advancement

To get the Zeus advancement, you need to have both the Lightning Sword and the Lightning Fang in your inventory.
