Introduction

This mod contains a wide variety of functional and decorative furniture blocks for use in your Minecraft world.

Current Features

• Variant bookshelves in all wood types
• Storage bookshelves in all wood types Removed in 1.21
• Variant and storage bookshelves work with enchanting table
• Secret doors and trapdoors in all bookshelf types
• Storage crates in all wood types which can store as much as a double chest
• Variant barrels in all wood types
• Display cases
• Wall-mounted shelves which display their contents
• Tables and chairs
• Foot stools
• Glass jars for storing food, liquids, dusts, etc
• Wrench item
• Storage blocks (i.e. compressed) for all dyes and a number of other items
• Capture some small mobs in glass jars

FAQ

Does this mod have any additional dependencies?

Initial builds for 1.21-1.21.1 had no external dependencies. As of v7.0.0 of Minekea, both Architectury API and ChimericLib are required.

Earlier versions required Advanced Runtime Resource Pack (ARRP)

Will you port this to Forge?

No, but as of 1.21, the mod is available for both Fabric and NeoForge! NeoForge is not planned for earlier Minecraft versions.

Will you port this to (some older version of Minecraft)?

No. But if someone else wants to do so I have no problem with that. Feel free to fork the repository and/or submit a pull request.

Can you add support for wood types from (insert mod here)?

Possibly. Feel free to submit a request on the issue tracker. My future plan for supporting other mods is to build them as separate compatibility addons that can be installed with Minekea.

Please use the GitHub issue tracker to report any bugs you find. If you have a suggestion for a feature that might fit with the mod, or if you think something should be tweaked or removed to improve gameplay, submit those as well!
