Immersive Engineering Cloche and Pam's Harvestcraft 2 Compat

This mod adds Immersive Engineering Garden Cloche support for Pam's Harvestcraft 2 crops and trees. Crops in the cloche have a small chance to give a seed and trees in the cloche have a small chance to give leaves, logs, and saplings. Includes support for all 97 Crops and 49 trees. Simply place the sapling or crop seed in the cloche, provide power and water and now you can grow your pams harvestcraft crops in the garden cloche.
