Finarri's WearableBackpack+ToughAsNails Fix

This is a special version of Wearable Backpacks, distributed here to the public with permission from CopyGirl.  We are so thankful for you taking the time to make this for us with the compatibility fix!

This version of Wearable Backpacks fixes specific compatibility issues with Tough as Nails, specifically shift clicking to drink from water placing your backpack in the water.  This version makes it so that placing your backpack is Shift + B instead of Shift + Click, so that you don't throw your backpack in the lake when you try to drink.
