EO Mixins

This mod includes different bug fixes for the Enchanted Oasis modpack.

Bug fixes list so far:

Hats and EntityCulling:

When these two mods are in the same pack  hats will not be rendered sometimes causing them to disappear and reappear all the time. The fix introduced registers the hat entity with the following id hats:hat and therefore you are able to add it to list of entities to skip in EntitiesCulling. 

Thaumic Wands:

Changed wands model to be more like thaumcraft 4.

Rebalanced growth pulsars by changing the seed drop chance and essence drop chance depending on how many growth pulsars are used.
