Updates and your version requests

In general:

As many people know the Forge/NeoForge version of Sophisticated Mods had a license change to ARR, I have permission to continue this port, but of course I will switch to ARR too.

This requires me to rewrite a lot of code behind the scenes, which I'm currently doing, that said it will take a while. Hence the lack of updates the past few months.

Now to your version requests:

Many people have asked for a 1.21.4/1.21.5/... update.
And P3pp3rF1y updated the NeoForge version to those versions already.

With the aforementioned rewrite I also had those updates in mind so it is likely that after we catched up to the NeoForge version I will work on a 1.21.4/... version too.
