Those exploring End Cities may find themselves a special enchantment called "Aphantasmal Aura", which works just like the potion.

Intended to be used on servers that keep the doInsomnia gamerule turned on to enable Phantoms to spawn. But allowing a way for players to avoid having to deal with those flying menances should they find themselves unable to sleep.They are technically still able to spawn, but are unable to target the player within 16 blocks of an entity under the effect.
