TFC Texture Tweaks

A couple of texture tweaks for TFC:TNG that make it a bit more in line with vanilla

Currently, 2 tweaks are available:
- No side grass - a tweak that makes TFC grass blocks show the vanilla dirt with a small bit of grass at the top texture on the sides instead of the full grass texture. This also allows texture rotation at random of grass block tops just like vanilla grass has.

- Less plant noise - a tweak that makes the 3 most popular grass types: Bluegrass, Switchgrass and Bromegrass not have colorful buds. While they might look nice here and there, if you played TFC:TNG on 1.18 you know they are everywhere so this tweak makes them look like normal plants that blend with the environment
