Better Game Menu [Forge/Fabric]

Replace the game menu with a better one.
Integrate the previous "Game Menu Mod Option" and "Game Menu Remove GFARB" and add new features!

It is possible to switch by config for each function.

Add the following features
・Add mod options button(Like forge before 1.12.)(ModMenu is required for Fabric)
・Remove "Feed Back" and "Report Bugs" button
・Hide unnecessary "Open to Lan" button
・Add rejoin Button

Changes have been added to the title screen since version 1.1

・Added shortcut button for last joined world or server (Like JoinLastWorld)
