The mod enriches the game with powerful artifacts: 

Artifacts

WaterHorn: Grants water breathing, speed, and strength effects underwater when equipped in the "belt" slot. Drop from Wilden Boss and Wilden Hunter(5%).

EternalSourceBerry: Restores food and saturation, grants mana regeneration. Drop from Wilden Boss and Wilden Stalker(5%).

SourceApple: Restores food and saturation, grants powerful mana regeneration. Drop from Wilden Boss(5%).

InfinityWildenSpike: Spawns Chimera Spike projectiles around the player in random directions. Drop from Wilden Boss and Wilden Guardian(5%).
