Caged Mobs - KOTS

KOTS Fork of Caged Mobs, Port Caged Mobs into 1.21.1.

__Do not report issues of this mod in the original project! __

The content is almost the same as Caged Mobs 1.20.1, with some differences:

• Remove Shift right-click to remove DNA in cages, to compat CarryOn.
• Add an option for log debug.
• Slightly change Jade Display.
• Remove CraftTweaker Support as it is no longer used in modpacks.
