Repurposed Structures - Savage & Ravage Compat Datapack

Add this datapack to the game to add compatibility between Repurposed Structures and Savage & Ravage. All RS outposts will be transformed into Savage and Ravage's styled outposts and will have their Gloomy Tiles too.
