This is a Neoforge Minecraft mod current for 1.21.4 that adds new gamerules to the game to make the control over features way better

In the first update we add gamerules to control the following features:

Can Warden Sonic Boom - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle the wardens sonic attack
Can Enderman Teleport - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle endermans random teleporting
Can Shulkers Teleport - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle shulkers random teleporting
Can Tamed Pets Teleport - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if tamed pets teleport to their owner
Can Players Teleport with Ender Pearls - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players teleport when throwing a enderpearl
Can Players Teleport with Chorus Fruit - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players teleport when eating chorus
Can Players Take Explosion Damage - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players take explosion types of damage
Can Players Take Projectile Damage - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players take projectile types of damage
Can Players Take Kinetic Damage - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players take kinectic types of damage
Can Players Hurt their Pets - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players can damage tamed pets
Can Players Take Knockback - Default Value = True
- This gamerule controls the ability to toggle if players take knockback after being damaged

Each of the abover gamerules can be adjusted in the create new world screen or within game if you have cheats enabled

Note: Gamerules are per world and can be changed at anytime with commands
