Cobblemon Alpha Pokemon

Description:

This mod aims to add alphas to cobblemon. Alphas have a 0.05% chance of spawning in your world, you are able to change the following inside of your config:
- alphaSpawnChance (Default = 0.05) / How often alphas will spawn
- sizeMultiplier (Default = 2.0) / The size of the alphas spawning
- ivFloor (Default = 25) / Minimum IVs alphas spawn with
- evBonusPerStat (Default = 48) / A flat EV bonus to alphas
- alphaShinyRateMultiplier (Default = 1.0) / The multiplier for alphas spawning as shiny
- showSummaryIcon (Default = true) / Shows the alpha icon inside of the pokemon summary

New commands:

- /cobblemonalphas reload = After editing the config, use this command in-game to reflect the changes and reload immediately.
- /pokeedit alpha = Changes the selected pokemon slot to be alpha, changing its size and stats
