The Freak From the Fog

The Freak is a bipedal creature, small but fast. The freak spawns when a frog is struck by lighting, and begins its search for the player. It attacks with its tongue, licking its victim with high damage. 

Once killed, it has a chance of dropping the Freak's Tongue. This item can be brewed into a potion of freaking (using the thick potion as a base), a powerful concoction that makes any mob it touches breed with the nearest mob of the same type. The potion ignores the cooldown of love mode in mobs, making it highly valuable for farms and breeders.
