The Apothic Enchanting mod adds several new bookshelves to the game but unlike the vanilla kind, these don't return books when broken! This datapack fixes that issue with crafting recipes that will return your books to you. Vanilla bookshelves will also behave the same way as the ones from the mod - so the bookshelf will drop when it is mined and it can be crafted back into books.

The zip file should be placed in the 'datapacks' folder found in your worlds 'save' file. Alternatively, load datapacks globally with a mod like Paxi or Global Packs.
