Colorful Health Bar (Updated)

Summary (taken from the original page): 

This mod allows you to change the color of the default minecraft health bar as well as the subsequent layers.

This mod will override any other mods that do custom rendering of the health bar such as mantle.

The absorption bar color is also customizable. 

The port also allows heart to change into frozen texture (it already changes if you are poisoned or withered) when you are taking damage for being inside a powder snow block.
