No Infinity Pick Up Fix

A mod unique to the Mococoa modpack, this simple server-side mod checks all arrows, both vanilla and modded, on their first tick after being fired to determine whether they were shot from an Infinity bow (vanilla or modded). If so, the arrow cannot be picked up afterward.
