Description
Mob Scaling is back and better than ever!
Now, mobs gain stronger amour, weapons and effects as you progress! After getting iron, mobs gain at least full leather armour and a 50% chance for a wooden sword. Getting diamonds grants mobs speed, fire resistance, a 2 in 3 chance to upgrade leather armour to chainmail per piece, and a 50% chance to upgrade wooden swords to stone ones.
Getting a Totem of Undying gives mobs a 1 in 3 chance to get one of their own. Entering the nether grants mobs regeneration and a chance to upgrade to iron. Finding a stronghold or spawning the wither grants mobs slow falling, resistance, and weaving, and chances to upgrade to diamonds.
And finally, killing the Dragon and Wither grants mobs Wind Charged and the chance to upgrade to Netherite.
This mod works decently in multiplayer, with the buffs applying if the closest player within 999 blocks has the achivements, but singleplayer is best.
By the way, the Forge 1.20.1 version is completley different and is from 2 years ago.
Also, I have a feedback form now! Check it out here!
This mod makes mobs get buffs after progressing through the game. For example, after you beat the ender dragon, mobs get an extra 6 hearts, and after respawning the dragon, zombies spread their plague when they hit you.
This is intended to keep mobs feeling difficult throughout the Minecraft journey, even with max gear.
