Eternal Winter (Coremod/Server Edition)

This is a different version of https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/eternal-winter for dedicated servers.

If this mod is present as well, the snow will be on the ground as well. Otherwise, it will only show fake snow on the client.

Please not that various other mods that depend on the biome info to be correct on the client may break.
