What does this mod add?

This mod adds visible rings in the sky when you are:

On the surface of Saturn or Uranus
Inside the space stations of Saturn or Uranus

In the default Galacticraft + ExtraPlanets experience these planets and their stations have no rings visible from the ground or space station. This mod fixes that
