Claim Shop For Lightmans' Currency

It's adding a claim trader depends on Lightmans' Currency and FTB Chunks.
You can place the trader to sell the chunk to other players.

The chunk that the trader be placed will be claimed by a fake player named "[ClaimTrader]"
The chunk will be re-claim by the original owner if the trader is destroyed.
You can't place the trader outside your claims.
