For players who wish to see Optifine capes with other optimization mods such as Sodium.
The cape editor can be found in Options > Skin Customization > Open Cape Editor.
Footnote: This is the first time I have written Java. Inspiration mainly came from this mod by Victor Kohler (CaelTheColher). I also looked at a number of other cape mods in order to finish this project.
