Instant Nether Travel

This simple mod disables the portal effect when transitioning through a nether portal allowing instant teleportation.

Reasons why this might be desirable:

• Quicker transits
• The Nether portal transition visual is nauseating for some
• The End portal is instant, why not the Nether portal

If you need to pass through a Nether portal without teleporting, you can pass though the portal without activating it by holding your sprint key (CTRL by default)

Am not aware of any mod incompatibilities, please let me know if you come across any.

Note: For server play, this mod is only needed on the server.
