Adds a Claim Wand that allows you to claim land up to 25000 blocks in volume The claims themselves are not like your default ones, they mostly allow block placing and breaking but the blocks get broken or restored over time. Allows one claim per player.

Allows to add or remove players from the "claim owner" list granting them the ability to break or place blocks in your claim (/claim trust/untrust [player]) Remove your claim by /unclaim

When a block is broken or placed, it's gonna start the restoration process with it's duration being proportional to the block's hardness.

Has all sorts of visual effects because why not and I wanna flex my rendering
