Description
The Northern Council is a build on the Unstable SMP built by the Law. This resource pack turns the menu panorama into the Northern Council.
I used the map from UnstableSMP - Law Fight to make this panorama and I used Panorama Screenshot to take the screenshots and format them easily.
This resource pack is also included in my modpack, Unstable SMP Recreation.
