Chunky Excavators

This mod simply prevents more than one Excavator multiblock from Immersive Engineering from being built in the same chunk. When a player tries to build a second multiblock, the multiblock formation is cancelled and the player is sent a message informing them that an excavator is already present. This could be useful for modpack makers who want to encourage hunting down multiple mineral deposits and is mostly intended for use with Immersive Engineering's infinite mineral deposits config option.
