Better Waypoints

📖 Description

A very user-friendly, fast travel system between multiple waypoints. This datapack has both singleplayer and multiplayer support.

Animation Notes:

• The animation only occurs when you and the target waypoint have clear access to the sky.
• If the target waypoint is over 60 blocks away, the travel animation will be instantaneous, though you will still see the up-and-down animation.

How to use

Use the command /trigger waypoint to open the waypoint menu. This menu will show all the existing waypoints in the world (up to 20 max). Clicking on the Place Waypoint button will create a new waypoint at your location (fixed at the center of the block the player is standing on). This waypoint has no name and will be displayed as 'Unnamed Waypoint'. You can rename any waypoint with a name tag. Clicking the Remove Waypoint button removes the closest waypoint within a 5-block radius.
