Description
There isnt much to say, this is a Datapack made for Prominence II RPG to balance out all archers to some extent. This mostly lowers cooldowns of spells, increases spell coefficients and velocity as to bring them up to standard to the base Archer Build in Prominence II RPG. Feel free to use it for your own pack, especially if youve never used a Datapack before, this should be pretty clear to use as this was my first one.

changed the duration from 2 to 4 increased spell coefficient from 0.1 to 0.3 dual shot
increased velocity from 3.15 to 5.15 increased damage multiplier from 0.7 to 0.9 lowered cooldown from 8 to 6 seconds point blank shot
cooldown duration lowered from 16 to 12 coefficient changed from 1.0 to 1.2 increased velocity from 2.5 to 4.5 lowered cast duration from 1.0 to 0.7 pin down
cast duration lowered to 1.2 from 1.5
increased velocity to 3.0 from 2.0
increased spell power coefficient from 1.2 to 1.7
changed cooldown from 28 to 23 seconds
frozen pact
lowered cast duration from 0.5 to 0.3 lowered cooldown from 22 to 16 seconds frozen shot
increased the amount of frost hit you can stack from 6 to 8 increased amplifier from 6 to 8 arctic volley
increased range from 24 to 35
lowered duration from 0.6 to 0.5
increased projectile velocity from 1.3 to 3.3
increased launch count from 5 to 9
lowered divergence from 35 to 25
gave it 1 pierce instead of 0
changed impact spell power coefficient from 0.3 to 0.8
lowered cooldown from 10 to 9
