Added 5 configurable bypass features for movement tests including:
- Bypass test that prints, "{} (vehicle of {}) moved too quickly! {},{},{}"
- Bypass test that prints, "{} (vehicle of {}) moved wrongly! {}"
- Bypass position reverting logic on wrongly moved vehicle.
- Bypass test that prints, "{} moved too quickly! {},{},{}"
- Bypass test that prints, "{} moved wrongly!"
