Random Bone Meal Flowers is a minimalistic mod which randomizes the flowers spawned by bone meal, allowing all types to spawn everywhere. You won't have to travel thousands of blocks for your automatic flower farm. Also works with modded flowers.
Blacklist feature:
The mod generates a blacklist.txt file in /config/randombonemealflowers/ on first load with the names of all flowers. With this you can prevent certain flower types from spawning by adding an exclamation mark in front of the name. For example if you'd only want red tulips to spawn:

You may freely use this mod in any modpack, as long as the download remains hosted within the CurseForge ecosystem.
