Medieval origins for C&O

Edited version of medieval origins mod to make it work with cobblemon and origins smp

Don't use this anywhere outside of that modpack, it will just won't work properly. The original medieval origins mod is https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/medieval-origins-revival use this one. All credit goes to them, I simply made a few power and lang changes to make it fit with the custom origins on the modpack.
