Anvil Repairing

Anvils are often overlooked as a way to repair tools and armour because of the expensive crafting recipe, high material cost, and EXP repair limits. This mod aims to make anvils more viable by allowing players to repair chipped or damaged anvils by clicking on them with an iron ingot in hand. This will repair the anvil by one stage.
