Farmer's Delight Heat Compats

This mod adds integration between Farmer's Delight and a few other mods. Only requires Farmer's Delight, the other mods get integrated if they're present.

Cooking pot now accepts as a heat source:

• Brazier and Soul Brazier from Decorative Blocks
  • Ender Brazier from Decorative Blocks modded compat
  • Glowlight Campfire from Infernal Expansion

Only the Decorative Blocks integration has been tested, I kept the other two mods in there from the original version by iku_tv (thank you!).
