dungeons arise seven seas sparse structures compat

mod finally works now, still have a datapack version though

Allows structures from WDA to be configed individually with sparse structures. 

when you type /dumpstructuresets ingame (via sparse structures) you used to only get a minor structure set, this compat makes it to where you will set every individual structure with sparse structures. 

this example is from regular dungeons arise, seven seas only has the minor structures

I needed to leave this file named the same as the mods to replace it via datapack.

I also have a seperate compat mod for regular dungeons arise and sparse structures.
