Simple Flares is a mod that creates temporary light sources (flares), making it perfect for cave explorers who want to light up deep chasms without spamming torches everywhere.

Small Flare:

• Behavior: Bouncy. It bounces off walls and solid blocks.
• Lifespan: Burns for 25 seconds.
• Light level: 12.
• 1 Stick + 1 Gunpowder = 2 Small Flares

Large Flare:

• Behavior: Sticky. It automatically sticks to any wall or ceiling it hits—perfect for lighting up giant ravines from above or from the sides.
• Lifespan: burns for 1 minute.
• Light level: 15.
• 1 Stick + 1 Slimeball + 1 Glowstone Dust + 2 Paper = 2 Large Flaers
